I bought this UP Plus2 printer and while setting it up heard a piece rattling around inside. I immediately reached out to Tietime via email. Although their response was great and correct, it two weeks for them to reach out and by then I had found the answer online and fixed it myself. I have had other software issues that took 3 weeks to get a call back and again I found some answers online. It's a great machine but they need to be a little quicker with their response time.
