I bought a barbell through the company, and I expected to receive it after a normal amount of time (2-3 weeks max). I ended up checking my order a week later because it hadn't shipped, and it said it was back ordered and it wasn't projected to ship for another 4 weeks. However, when I ordered it, there was no mention of a back order and it said it was fully in stock.
But no notification, no communication letting me know about the delay. I wrote to customer service, and they didn't even respond to
my concern.
Don't trust their website!
