Ordered a 12 inch strongman log May 2019. Welds are all fucked up and one handle is slick and the other has the correct non-skid.
Ordered am 8 inch strongman log May 2021 and they put the wrong information on the shipping label. After 13 phone calls and several emails they still refused to print a correct label when they had plenty of time before FedEx picked up the shipment.
This company is garbage.
