The only reason they got 1 star is because ZERO was not an option... -2 MONTHS OF RUN AROUND AND LIES AND STILL NO MERCH! -TITAN FITNESS IS HORRIBLE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! My first Dealings were with Paul Martinez - RUDE and completely irrelevant and unable and unwilling to help. Next I dealt with Duminique - no better but little nicer Then I dealt with a master - Brittany - she sounded helpful but yielded no results, JUST EMPTY PROMISES next it was Jan NG no help there either! I SENT THIS TOO DUMINIQUE...Its NOT the carrier - you blame them they blame you! And some social media started the other day and Titan promptly controlled honest feedback and deleted FACTUAL negative comments about their terrible service! You hysterically said the item was at the terminal LOL. Yet yesterday I received an email from YOU! Stating that the item could not be located but I should receive it by the end of today - does that series of lies even make ANY sense Duminique??? THIS ORDEAL IS ABSOLUTELY A TITAN FITNESS PROBLEM!!!! YOU PEOPLE DROPPED THE BALL !!! AS I STATED NUMEROUS TIMES - IF YOUR COMPANY CARED EVEN A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU 'D HAVE BROKEN PROTOCOL AND MADE SURE THAT I HAVE MY PACKAGE EXPRESSED SHIPPED AFTER TWO MONTHS OF LIES AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE. IF IT WERE IN FACT THE CARRIER (but as we know thats fake news - since FED EX called me yesterday and said the package is NOT at the terminal and they hadnt received it!!!) ANY WAY IF IT WERE THE CARRIER AND TITAN FITNESS ACTUALLY DID CARE THEY WOULD HAVE MADE AN EXCEPTION AND USED ANOTHER CARRIER AND OVER NIGHT EXPRESSED THE ITEM. AFTER READING YOUR REVIEWS ITS OBVIOUS THERE IS A CLEAR THEME WITH TITAND FITNESS INCOMPETENCE!
