The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was double charged for an order and called their customer service. They did not address my concern with the double charge but instead initiated a return for me to “fix the problem.” They did not listen at all and returned one of my items before it was delivered by rerouting it to their warehouse, but have not refunded me. They have never apologized for the issue they caused in the first place. They finally admitted that they had no idea about the double charge yet it is money missing from my bank account that went to them and was initiated by their system.
Their phone manner and emails are rude and they will ask for information to “solve” the issue like a tracking number then say it does not work, yet they gave me the number to begin with.
Buyer beware! They hide the negative reviews on their website so it looks like they are a better company than they are. I will never buy from them again!
