The reason for the three stars is that the locking pin for the one arm on my fly machine is missing. I emailed them with pictures of the missing locking pin. I received and assembled on a Saturday, so now that it is Monday I’m hopping for a response soon. As of 1:30pm no response.
I would have gave a four or five star review if all the parts where included and I could use it.
