The hardware and manual do not correlate with each other. The manual states needing more pieces than what are sent in the hardware packaging. Titan’s solution was for me to go buy what I needed myself. The bearing assemblies were bent. I got a replacement sent to me, but only the bearings not the full assembly that comes preassembled with the original packaging. They were so bent the holes wouldn’t line up to be attached to the support frame. Both of the above issues cannot be resolved by Titan because the pieces I need are out of stock currently. The exact GHDPND is still in stock and there are complete sets available for purchase to new customers, even knowing the hardware issue stated above. I was told someone is not able to take the needed parts from a set still available to fix my issues because “I can sell that to another customer.” Titan is more concerned with future potential customers rather than fixing issues of current customers. The hardware shortage made so the GHD portion was inoperable due to not being able to secure the pad to the frame. The bent bearings and wrong part being sent as replacement made the reverse hyper portion inoperable. So this piece of equipment sits in my gym for 3 weeks, useless, and taking up space. I was also told I cannot receive any kind of refund due to the cost to make being high in comparison to the selling costs. Titan is more concerned with not making as much money on one individual item than making sure the people buying equipment are satisfied and continue to be customers. Over the span of 3 weeks to resolve these issues, I was told on the phone twice and in multiple emails, even on social media, that an escalation team member would contact me in 24-48 hours. I was 96 hours before contacting Titan again. Each time would result in the same thing. Being told the person can escalate it and someone would contact me. 96 hours late I would repeat my conversation with someone different. There was no resolution ever provided by Titan Fitness throughout the entire process. My solution was to take a full refund for a return. I will not be a Titan Fitness customer ever in my lifetime after this awful experience. I will not support a business that demonstrates such a poor business model.
