In the very beginning, things could have been simplified if your procedures were not so out of wack.
Within 2 to 3 hours of placing my order, an oversight on the color of the plates went into a horror picture.
Before the plates left the warehouse --- all of it could have been a real smooth process.
No telling how much money and time was wasted --- in sending the plates through and having them routed back to you.
There needs to be a better procedure in handling these kinds of things.
