Absolutely horrible. I understand that there are times where the reviewer is not a sane level-headed person and has stupid expectations of the shipping process or how a product works but I consider myself a sane and level-headed person who lost their mind due to your companies idiocy. I purchased a 5-50lb weight set and a rack to hold the weights and received a confirmation email immediately stating that my order was received and any questions I had I could contact them at their number or respond back to the email. I texted a friend of mine what I had done and he informed me that a company he likes was having a small sale and I decided to cancel my order with Titan Fitness immediately. Immediately as in within 20 minutes of purchase I was on the phone waiting for an operator. Waiting over 10 minutes, I decided to also send an email to the company and let them know this, "Hi, Looking to cancel this order immediately. On hold on the phone with you guys right now but thought I’d send an email as well." Received a confirmation that my email was received and I also finally spoke with someone at Titan who advised me the order had already gone to your warehouse and that it was impossible to stop now. Your company advised me they would still package it and get it ready for shipment which I did not understand and then would tell FedEx not to deliver it to my house. I asked for a refund for the $1006 I paid for the set and was denied stating that I had to wait but that my order was effectively canceled. Here I am living my life, waiting for my refund, when what do you know, an 808lb package arrives at my doorstop, blocking half my entranceway. I immediately called and emailed your company and was given the run around over and over. I did not want the product, I canceled my order, your company processed my cancellation, yet here it was on my doorstep and your company was refusing my refund. Finally, I was told that FedEx could come and pick up the package and return it to your company and I was made clear that I would not need to be home to sign for the pick up the next day and that, due to an error on the companies part, I would be getting and "expedited" refund that would process in 3-5 days. The next day arrives and when I return home from work the package is still there. I once more call Titan and am told that the package was never going to be picked up that day and is now going to be picked up on Friday and that I would need to be home to sign the package to the delivery driver. I advised them I would not be able to be home to sign for the package as I would need to take a day off of work to remain home and that it was unacceptable. Your company didn't care and I had to take a day off of work to sign for the package. Your company sent me a package after I canceled it, confirmed my cancellation, kept my money from the transaction and then delivered the product to my house, after which you refused to give me my money back until you had your product back in your companies hands. So much for that expediated refund that was supposed to happen as soon as I spoke with your customer service agent... Only for days later your escalation manager or whatever it is telling me that I wouldn't get it until you get your product back. What kind of customer service is that? Absolutely horrible. I had to take a day off of work to get you your product back to you that you mistakenly sent me and yet you punished me and showed no care for your consumer. Can't find a good way to describe it without using profanity. You gave me no additional money or anything for the constant time you took from me and the annoyance you caused me, as well as the money lost from taking a day off of work. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company. Please feel free to email or call me back with a refute to any part of my story. I have all the emails and logs of my calls I spent many hours in total on the phone with you. A disgrace. The main reason I purchased the set from your company was I heard great reviews about the quality increasing and saw interviews on Youtube about your CEO really turning the company around. Shame it wasn't my experience. Again, I took time out of my day to write this review that's how awful my experience was. The first and probably only review I'll ever write. Sane and level-headed here. Your company was horrible for this purchase. Hope your CEO reads this personally but I know he never will. Good luck and I hope things change at Titan, or if they're usually smooth I hope they remain smooth for your other customers and this never happens again.
