I am very happy with the GLUTE & HAMSTRING H-PND COMBO and the service I received from Titan Support and if that were all this would have been a 5-star review. The problem is it took over a month for the product to arrive even though the arrival date was given as two weeks. When the product arrived the hardware was all labeled incorrectly which added a lot of time to the assembly process. Also, the instructions were extremely poor which lead to two pieces getting stuck together and required new parts to be shipped. That added another 10 days to the process. My interactions with the support team were always positive, but in the end, it took 45 days from when I purchased the machine before I did my first set. If you are willing to put up with these inconveniences it is a great machine and much cheaper than others I was looking at from Rogue and Vulcan.
