Order farmer bars and spring clips. Farmer bars arrived quickly and are exactly what I was hoping for. The spring clips on the other hand...they did not arrive with the farmer bars. I waited a few weeks and emailed customer service to be certain they were still coming. No response. I waited two more weeks and sent in a follow-up. No response. I was going to cancel my order and request a refund but I figured at that point I'd never get a response anyway and I was out $25-$30. Disappointed, but not worth sending another email. Eventually my clips did arrive but I am pretty sour about the experience as a whole. Order #18100942911.
