I ordered the Plate Loaded Functional Trainer and it arrived damaged. The product looks solid, the customer service was responsive and solved my problem. My main issue is that they had to send an entire second box to replace two small plastic bushings.
For the inconvenience of having to unpack then repack the heavy box and then return it to FEDEX, I am giving 2 stars.
Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star experience. Recommend having these smaller pieces available to ship if broken or damaged.
