The products that we received thus far has been good. However, we did not receive all items due to back order and then were contacted stating the remainder of our order was to be cancelled because too much time had passed since the initial order was placed. We were notified we could reorder, however this would essentially put us at the back of the queue for an item which is still back ordered. Our initial order was placed in 11/21. I have contacted costumer service multiple times and don’t feel like they have been at all helpful especially when we ordered $1000’s in equipment.
