Customer service and shipping is great! Unfortunately, the first bar I received had a lot of rust. It was great to have such an easy warranty replacement. The bad part is the second bar came with the same issue although not as rusted.
You got a star each for great customer service and speed of shipping. Would have been 5 stars if quality control was better.
