The item was shipped in two boxes. One arrived quickly with no complications but the second box was routed and rerouted many times. The updates for tracking from the like at Titan would not show updates for a day or two at a time. The box seemingly disappeared twice. After multiple calls, the package was finally tracked down and delivered. Not necessarily a problem wit titan but the system is definitely broken on package tracking and delivery.
