It took about two weeks to receive all of the pieces of the product which was too long. It was shipped in three separate packages which were all delivered on different days which meant I had to waste four days waiting to receive them. On one of the days, the tracking info indicated it would be delivered but it was not, so I wasted that day completely waiting for a delivery that never arrived. The directions for assembling the product were poorly written. Luckily, there were some helpful videos on Youtube that explained how to assemble it. My initial reaction is that the product quality meets my expectations.
