My review is mostly about the packaging. The box that arrived at my place was in shambles. There were three plastic straps keeping the box together, but the ends that were sealed with plastic tape were wide open. One end had some black pipe hanging out, and the other end also had a black pipe hanging out. luckily the pipes were wrapped in bubble-wrap so they didn't get damaged. Thankfully the screws and parts were in a bigger package so I didn't lose any parts during shipping. I suggest the company reorient at least one of the plastic straps so that it keeps the taped sides sealed--so that all sides of the shipping box have some kind of plastic strap holding it shut. I assembled the product and it works great so far!
