The rack itself is fine. About what I expected. It was very annoying that they didn't include an assembly manual in the box. There is a card in there that says to go online to get the manual with a specific code you use to find the manual that goes with the rack that I purchased. I went online to find the manual and my manual wasn't on there, at least on the website that was provided on the card. So I then went to the product page where I ordered the rack and downloaded/printed it. 1. Assembly instructions should be included in the box 2. If they are not, at least be sure the link you provide works The rack assembled fairly easily and seems to be sturdy enough.
