I ordered a decent amount of equipment from you to set up a home gym. I received, and continue to receive quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Your phones are never answered, calls are not returned. Your website is pretty much useless. My account balance for points is incorrect and I have called multiple times to have it fixed. You are evidently discontinuing bonus points later this month, yet your website will not allow me to utilize them and keeps displaying an error message. It does no good to call because no one answers or returns a call. And the equipment I just received in February is starting to rust. A $700 dollar leg curl machine is rusting after two months.
