Delivery was fast. Product quality and packaging are excellent. My reward's points didn't apply at checkout. I had the same problem with an order in September. This should've been fixed and a 15% customer courtesy discount applied for the time, energy and frustration. Mistakes happen but Titan should compensate the customer when they do as an apology. I also never received an email informing that the reward's points program was about to expire. Had I not logged into my account and placed an order, they would've been lost. That's not right. I hope you guys do better with your policies and customer service in the future. I don't enjoy being critical, but think you need to know these things in order to improve.
