The T2 rack arrived within a few weeks and has been great so far! I ordered an incline bench with it that was backordered and expected to be shipped within the month. After a month I tried to check tracking emails and my account online but kept getting error messages. I finally called and they said the bench was backordered again and would be another 2 months at least. Unfortunately I had to cancel the bench and go with another company for that product. Communication could definitely be better regarding backordered products and potential wait times.
