I’ve had the worst customer service experience with Titan fitness, and with my most recent order.
I’ve been building my home gym for a couple years now. I have liked all of the items that I’ve purchased through Titan. But the terrible customer service will keep me from buying from them again. They still haven’t refunded me money they owe. It’ll be almost 3 weeks now, that my order was canceled.
