Overall, the leg press/hack squat is a well-designed gym-quality piece of equipment. There must have been a recent design change, because what was delivered, and the way it was delivered, is in contrast to the website pictures, installation instructions, and online videos. Even Titan support was unaware of the changes. That said, all the parts for the change were included. In summary, the machine came in one very large wooden crate, as opposed to multiple cardboard boxes. Overall weight was 450 pounds, so moving it once delivered was not an option. There were multiple sub-assemblies that were very heavy, so there were fewer parts to put together. The change was related to the weight plate holders, is completely different, but better situated and larger; therefore more plates can be installed. The head rest in the hack squat mode is now two pieces, with the upper piece only able to be attached with the new plate holder. Unlike other Titan machines, there were lots of extra parts associated with the old design, and fewer nuts/bolts than in the instructions, due to the parts being used in the sub-assemblies. As i indicated, there were more than enough parts to put the unit together, and the machine works very well.
