The slam ball is GREAT! The shipping involved was not. Fed Ex had a delay in shipment. I then watched the Fed Ex driver just throw the shipping box onto the ground in the mud. When I confronted them, I was told "it was very heavy"... I watched them throw it on the ground and would have helped unload. They replied "they didnt see me" So at that point I had a broken shipping box, with exposed nails and no way to put on a dolly to bring into the building it needed to be brought into. The shipping box appeared to have been damaged someplace in transit, which isnt a surprise after watching the Fed Ex driver throw it onto the ground. The shipping box had two old boards with multiple nails facing out strapped together to a plywood shipping box. Quite frankly I have never seen shipping so blatantly dangerous as this. Again the slamball is great. Somehow it was not damaged in the shipping fiasco. Fed Ex is not so great, it is not even good. I am willing to pay for shipping to avoid having to deal with Fed Ex's incompetence. Using Fed Ex as a shipper also makes me less likely to recommend Titan Fitness. Someone is going to get hurt dealing with exposed nails, broken shipping boxes and shippers just throwing "heavy boxes" onto the ground.
