Ordered this product in January of 2021. When ordered the lead time was about 60 days. When the order was placed I received an email saying I would not be charged until product shipped. As the months go by the lead time increases. One day out of no where I get charged months later, assuming this shipped I contact customer service to be told it was shipping and would see it within the week. A week goes by and I call back to be told it never shipped, new company policy was instated to charge all back orders. With no notice you charge all back orders after telling me it wouldn’t be charged until shipped?? I tried emailing customer service several times throughout this order and still to this day have never received a response. Customer service over the phone is less than desirable. I’m happy with the quality of the product, but less than impressed with the customer service. I will definitely shop things around before dealing with Titan again.
