Overall the buying process and communication from Titan was very good. The product, in terms of design and construction, is very good and represents a high value for the price. The particular plate storage racks that I purchased are a great design and I chose the product over products from REP Fitness and Rogue Fitness because of the unique design that fit my space and needs. The issue is with packaging and the lack of protection for the product. Both boxes had holes where the mounting plates penetrated the box and all those parts had paint missing. Nothing was bent or otherwise damaged and I will touch up the damaged paint and move on. Additionally, the Titan branding decals were very carelessly applied to the product and were not in very good shape after shipping so just pealed them off. Honestly, it would be better not to put them on.
