Adjustable kettlebell - not too hard to adjust and goes to a heavier max weight than most similar products. Feels and swings normally (like a regular KB). Has some cosmetic quality issues - handle is discolored, some plates scratched. Doesn't affect performance but for $250 it shouldn't look that way out of the box.
