The machine is great. My only complaint is that, for a taller person with longer arms, the weights hit the top of the machine at my full extension. The shipping, however, was abysmal. I don’t know if it was poor packing or if FedEx is to blame but the crates were demolished, there were numerous scratches and dings, and the parts were spilled out everywhere.
