while I have bought many things from Titan .... and most things have been delivered ok .... sometimes boxes wore torn open and beat up and items would have a scuff or two in them and I would always call to let you know that you needed to package things up better... but with this 70lb dumbbell order it went bad ... one dumbbell was delivered on april 23 a saturday in a box and the other dumbbell was delivered april 25 a monday and not in a box it was loose it the delivary truck and must have rolled around because it was all dirt and scuffed up ... just had the delivary sticker wrapped around the handle ... so I was not very happy ...
