The item that I ordered was expected to be on backorder. However, the expected backorder date came and went and I never got an update from Titan on a new date. I had to keep reaching out to Titan every few weeks asking about my order. If there was at least an automated email that would be sent out giving me some kind of update that the order is expected to be back in stock at a certain date and when it doesn’t come in send me another email saying that it is being delayed again. That way I don’t have to keep wondering what’s going on.
