I've received many items from Titan, and the area Titan Fitness lacks compared to competition is packaging. My items always come ripped or torn open from a harsh travel. Other boxes with similiar items from other companies focus more on packaging to make sure your item gets to you in one piece. The items I've received show ware and tear from poor packaging and shipping.
