Ordered a hack squat the beginning of March and it arrived with a torn seat. Went back and forth and was promised a new seat sent to me with a box containing all the parts and I was suppose to take the seat out and ship the box back. When arrived the box had the old style black leather and mine had the updated textured leather. I sent the box back and explained exactly what happened and was told sorry and a replacement would be sent out. I had to reach out again and they asked to send a box with all the parts and send back what I didn’t need. I send a message saying it was ok to send a box but to make sure it had the updated leather leather and not the old style. Well the new box arrived and had the old style leather in the box again. Now I understand the first time happening as a mistake and I’m ok with that, but to send a box with the wrong seat again even with me explaining that I needed the updated material, highly disappointed in this company. I can’t even use the piece of equipment all for a seat that should have been replaced with no issues at all.
