My bench arrived with the box badly damaged and the steel frame hanging out and loose parts ready to fall out. Thought for sure parts would be missing. Packing could be a lot better IMO. I’m sure this isn’t an isolated incident to say the least if that’s how you pack items.
Also I bought 8 45 lb plates and I got 8 emails every time there was a shipping update. That’s not a big deal by any means but it’s worth mentioning
