Item was delivered to spot at my house to where I couldn't see it. I'd I hadn't looked at my email, I wouldn't have noticed that it had been delivered. This is not Titan fault it's FedEx not wanting to deliver to the door.
I love my stretch machine but in the package there were no directions to help with putting it together. I figured it out.
