The pull up bar itself is 10/10; great grip variations, rugged and sturdy, exactly what I was shopping for. The etched grip takes awhile to get use to, but your hands build up against it over time which I like. My wife uses gloves however.
I'm knocking the review down just from a user experience stand point. The bar came with 4 concrete anchors, but all the pictures show this being mounted into wood, so very confusing. Then when you call Customer Support they have no idea what you're talking about and just recommend the manual... the manual is a picture of the pull up bar and then no other information.
I bought 4 lag bolts and secured it into my garages overhead rafters and this worked well. Kinda crazy cause this was $16 in hardware but the concrete anchors would be closer to $22. So Titan seems to be supplying wasted hardware, which is a shame because this cost is passed onto the consumer who (assumingely) will need to invest in their own hardware since this isn't advertised for concrete anywhere.
All in all, if you are handy or know someone handy, and don't mind spending some extra money and making a trip to the hardware store then this is a A+ product, just don't expect help from Titan.
