I ordered a bar holder that's compatible with the Titan 2tier Mass Storage System, yet there is no place on the storage system to attach it! It says it comes with the horizontal mounting bracket, but it does not. Contacted support and still haven't helped me. Why sell a product for your storage system if it doesn't work. Poor information. Poor support.
