I bought a used loadable atlas stone and a BRAND NEW atlas stone platform. The use loadable atlas stone came in with very little scratches. The brand new loadable atlas stone platform is completely scratched up. Not only does it looked used but it’s completely unusable. First it’s missing several screws and knobs to help keep it in place. Second I can’t even assemble it because the part where the leg goes into the platform itself is morphed. I have sent TWO emails to costumer service about this issue and no one has gotten back to me. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have never had issues with titan fitness in the past but with the past few weeks I’m going to have to consider buying anything from titan fitness again. I would like a full refund back for the atlas stone platform and not have to pay for shipping cost since titan fitness gave me a faulty product. Side note I have checked the over the week box under how fast did the company reply back to you, it has been THREE weeks of no one replying to two emails.
