Several of my pieces arrived beat up from shipping. Boxes were torn with equipment poking through and scratched up. The most frustrating one was my barbell damage, but the location of that damage made it seem like those flaws were likely already there and not a result of shipping damage. I took pictures and emailed Titan… I was offered a 5% refund or a bar return option.
