I ordered the product and the shipping was delayed before it left their store. As a result it arrived when I was out of town. Fortunately no one stole it and it didn't rain. I contacted Titan about it and they didn't seem to care. I bought the item on a 20% off sale although they had increased the price several months back so it ended up being close to the old price. The product is like other Titan products; it is basically good enough to be useful and not fall apart. The wheels are poorly molded, don't go one straight and three out of four don't spin freely, the welding is sad and the design didn't leave enough room to grab the handle with human fingers so it scrapes my knuckles but it still serves its purpose. the Rogue products I have aren't much better which is why I keep going back to Titan. You will end up being disappointed with the quality either way, you might as well save some money.
