I have a laundry of issues with my previous order:
-Bent bearings on the rack mounted reverse hyper
-missing hardware for the upright bench, and being told by customer service to go buy the hardware myself
-incorrect sizes on the vertical barbell holder
-despite multiple emails, I still haven't received the T3 strap safety system I ordered over a month ago.
Trash customer service, mediocre products.
