Ordering and checking out was seamless. Shipping speed was great: two business days. However, packing the item parts was a little lacking. While the outer packaging was superb with multiple plastic ties and ample tape on the seams and openings, the inner packing of the individual parts was haphazard. Thin layers of bubble wrap and all the parts placed loosely in the box so that the parts rubbed up against each other during shipping causing scratches and abrasions on the base stand.
