Amazing quality, absolutely horrific instruction manuals. Ordered the Glute & Hamstring H-PND Combo and the entire instruction manual on assembly was wrong. Basically, one has to look at the picture, count the parts and hope to have the right piece of hardware by count. The manual had more uses of a specific washer than were included in the manual. Seriously updating the manual or the hardware kit is needed. This is common with all of the purchases I have made with Titan. But, if you can get through the manual, the products are amazing. Quality is top notch.
