The item arrived without the necessary hardware for assembly. The (4), nylon nuts were missing and some of the washers were creased and bent as if someone hit them with a hammer and chisel. Looked like maybe an issue during stamping, but they shouldn't have passed QC.
I ended up buying the parts locally because i needed to use the stands and didn't have time to go through the process with Titan. The nuts were not easy to find, but I was able to track some down. The stands themselves seem to be of good quality.
