equipment is solid, seems to be good quality, good price - had some delays with shipping which I think was mostly FedEx issues, not Titan - Titan support was responsive when asked about it. My only gripe is that the X-3 Folding Rack came with literally zero instructions. I was able to figure it out by watching some Youtube videos etc, however, there were many steps I had to do multiple times because it's something I'd never done before and was sure which steps should be taken first. Still, it wasn't too bad to put up, but if there were some step by step instructions and pointers/recommendations, things to consider first, that would have saved a few hours of work. Other than the instructions, very happy :)
