I like Titan Fitness a lot as a wholesaler. That said, there are always issues with each order. For instance, when I purchased some change plates last year, the plates arrived covered in greasy muck that over a year later (and despite extensive cleaning) still lingers and stains clothing. I recently purchased the horizontal plate rack storage system. When I opened the box, I discovered the product was not as pictured (instead of being spaced for each size plate, the dividers were equally spaced; the product pictured on the website had 6 dividers—mine arrived with 5) and had scrapes and dings. I picked Titan Fitness because the product was what I wanted and was affordable. Well, I got what I paid for!
