Been really trying to remain loyal to Titan. Tennessee (USA) business but I see products are coming from China. Three previous items (Reverse Hyper, Lat Pull Down, & Tibialis) all came in great shape. I just purchased a Plate Loaded Leg Curl and the shipment seemed a disaster. A substantial amount of Parts and bolts just missing from the decimated shipping box. Still working the issue with Product Service so the jury is still out.
