Product arrived with a large hole in the box and all the nuts and bolts needed to assemble the product were missing along with 2 handles. Product looks to be well made but I am waiting on parts to arrive before I can even use it. I blame this on FedEx and not titan. Titan customer service did a good job ordering replacement parts for me. Hardware kit should be here soon but handles were on backorder. Maybe titan can use a better shipping company in the future to avoid this kind of issue.
