Been lucky with titan products before but the luck ran out with the lat pull down T2 rack attachment. One of the plastic pulleys came broken. Waited months for it to come back in stock. Was pretty disappointed but they have shipped me a replacement pulley, still waiting on it though. Hopefully everything else is good to go when I assemble it.
