Unhappy with shipping experience. Took 23 days from order to get item. First item was damaged in transit and I had to notify the company of the issue, despite them being the ones emailing me about it.
The customer service rep was incredibly responsive and worked instantly to create a new order for me which was great.
However, order then sat for days, "ready to go" but unshipped.
After shipped/ delivered, the box was a little torn up/squished although the product was fine. They need better packaging.
