Good - quick delivery, and hopefully a good machine (why ask for a review so soon after I've barely set it up). Used it once so far and while its not the perfect GHD and not the perfect reverse hyper, it seems to be a good combination of both. Bad - Truly the worst instructions. The parts in the blister pack have the wrong numbers and I had to compare part descriptions and quantities to determine what parts to use. I have 4 left over large washers that I have no idea where they go. I don't mind that the instructions are online, but they are wrong - please correct.
